定向鉆井中托壓機理分析及對策探討

【摘要】:為了解決定向鉆井過程中的托壓問題,通過分析下部鉆具組合的受力,研究了托壓產生的機理,并分析了影響托壓的主要因素,給出了主要技術對策。分析研究表明,托壓主要是由鉆柱與井壁之間的摩擦阻力造成的,其影響因素主要包括井眼軌跡、井眼清潔程度、鉆具組合、鉆井液的潤滑性及地層類型等。控制托壓的技術對策包括優化井眼軌道和鉆具組合、提高井眼清潔程度和鉆井液的潤滑性及采用改善托壓的井下工具等,并介紹了控制托壓技術措施在D15-X14井和Y123-5HF井的應用情況。研究與應用表明,控制托壓的技術對策具有較強的針對性,不但能有效降低托壓的頻率與程度,而且能有效提高機械鉆速,能夠為定向鉆井提供指導和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of supporting pressure in directional drilling, the mechanism of supporting pressure is studied by analyzing the force of the lower drilling tool combination, and the main factors affecting the supporting pressure are analyzed, and the main technical countermeasures are given. The results show that the supporting pressure is mainly caused by the friction resistance between the drill string and the shaft wall, and the influencing factors mainly include well trajectory, wellbore cleanliness, drilling tool combination, lubricity of drilling fluid and formation type, etc. The technical countermeasures of controlling pressure include optimizing well track and drilling tool combination, improving well cleaning degree and lubricity of drilling fluid, and adopting downhole tools to improve supporting pressure, etc. The application of pressure control technique in D15-X14 well and Y123-5HF well is introduced. The research and application show that the technical countermeasures of controlling the pressure not only can effectively reduce the frequency and degree of the pressure, but also can effectively improve the drilling speed, and can provide guidance and reference for directional drilling.
