長白山地區各種植物葉對多環芳烴的富集能力及影響因素

許多研究表明植物葉能較好的生物監測大氣中污染物的濃度水平。為了了解不同樹葉對有機污染物的富集能力,2011年8月在長白山地區5個地點采集54種植物87個植物葉樣品(一年生落葉樹種)并且利用氣流吹掃微注射器萃取技術(GP-MSE)聯合氣相色譜質譜測定植物葉中7種低分子量的多環芳烴。實驗結果表明植物葉中總PAHs的濃度水平有所變化,范圍是73.9-398ng g-1(干重)。在長白山北部偏迎風坡和東北部背風坡分別檢測最高和最低的PAHs濃度水平,此外在同一地點不同樹葉中檢測的濃度水平相似,差異低于兩倍。組成分析表明同一地點植物葉能判定相同的來源,主成分分析進一步表明植物葉能區分城市和偏遠地區的污染來源。整體趨勢與各自大氣污染源吻合,表明植物葉能反映不同地理環境大氣的污染水平。所有地點多環芳烴的濃度與樹葉脂含量沒有相關性,而與比葉面積有微弱的正相關。通過大量植物的研究,任何一種植物葉均能作為被動采樣器檢測當地大氣污染水平。
