分層作業在初中英語學習中的應用研究

新課標強調英語教學要以學生為中心,面向全體學生,尊重學生差異。作業作為英語教學活動的最后一環和課堂學習的補充,在學習中起著十分重要的作用。然而,作業的有效性一直是我國基礎教育和英語教學中令人擔憂的問題。傳統的“一刀切”已不能滿足現階段不同層次學生的需要。因此,為進一步探索有效的作業布置方式,筆者對分層英語作業進行了研究。本研究的研究問題包括(1)分層英語作業如何影響學生英語學習興趣?(2)分層英語作業對學生英語成績有何影響?(3)分層英語作業布置中老師應該注意哪些問題?本研究根據學生的英語學習成績、興趣、語言和學習能力等各方面將學生分為三個層次,其中學生的層次隨著學習過程中的表現而動態調整,且處于教育公平性考慮學生層次不在班內公布。不同層次學生可以在老師提供的紅、黃、綠三種作業卡片中選擇其一,且每一次學生所選作業均需記錄。為了探討分層作業對學生學習興趣和英語成績的影響,筆者采用了前測-后測對照組準實驗設計進行研究。筆者在光明區實驗學校做實習生期間,隨機抽取兩個班。兩班學生共101名,平均年齡14歲,男49名,女生52名,兩班被隨機分為實驗班(EC)和對照班(CC)。于2018年3月至2...
