【摘要】：快速城鎮化導致城市街區空間形態得以快速重塑,對于這一結果有必要進行評價。在以往學者研究的基礎上,文章從社會生態視角對街區空間形態進行評價,確定物質屬性、功能定位、空間形式、空間行為和場所精神5項評價因子,構建社會生態指數SE-B,最終劃分強社會生態、中社會生態和弱社會生態3種街區空間形態類型,并提出相應的規劃策略。
[Abstract]:Rapid urbanization results in rapid remodeling of urban block spatial form, and it is necessary to evaluate the result. On the basis of previous scholars' research, this paper evaluates the space form of the block from the perspective of social ecology, and determines five evaluation factors: material attribute, function orientation, space form, spatial behavior and place spirit. Finally, the social ecological index (SE-B,) can be divided into three types: strong social ecology, middle social ecology and weak social ecology, and the corresponding planning strategies are put forward.
