【摘要】：西藏自治區位于我國西南邊疆,與東南沿海相比,西藏氣候相對較為惡劣,自然環境較差。西藏地理地形以高原為主,耕地面積小,并且大部分耕地不肥沃,有機物的含量較低。由于農業用地缺乏且質量低、氣候因素和地形等因素的影響,農業生產結構單一,農業發展較為滯后。近年來西藏地區通過平整土地,改造土質等措施,促進了西藏農牧業的不斷豐收和發展。但是,西藏農業發展的巨大潛力還尚未全部挖掘出來,隨著西藏經濟的快速穩定發展,為進一步穩定、發展和改革西藏的農牧業奠定了一定的物質基礎,因此,西藏地區應該審時度勢,從實際出發,加快對傳統農業產業結構的優化和升級,利用自身優勢,實施特色農業產業化經營。這樣不但促進西藏農業的現代化發展,更以農業拉動當地經濟發展,促進社會和諧穩定。本文重點選取西藏近10年的農業的發展趨勢作為研究對象,采用定量分析和定性分析相結合,動態分析和靜態分析相結合以及文獻研究方法分析了西藏地區農業產業結構和農業產業化經營的相關問題,對比分析西藏農業產業化發展的已經取得的主要成就,即建設和完善了一批特色農畜產品生產基地、培育和支持了一批特色產業龍頭企業等;同時對發展中存在的問題,即特色產品產業化程度低規模小、客機帶動能力不強等問題進行了分析;并相應提出了建立主導產業、發展規模經濟等具體建議。
[Abstract]:The Tibet autonomous region is located in the southwest of China, compared with the southeast coast of Tibet, the climate is relatively poor, poor natural environment. Tibet terrain to the main plateau, cultivated land area is small, and most of the cultivated land is fertile, the organic content is low. Because of the lack of agricultural land and low quality, factors that influence the climate and terrain factors the agricultural production structure, agricultural development is lagging behind. In recent years, Tibet area by land, soil improvement and other measures to promote the continuous harvest and development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet. However, the huge potential of agricultural development in Tibet has not yet been fully excavated, along with the rapid and stable development of Tibet's economy, for the further development of stability. And the reform of Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry laid the material foundation, must therefore, Tibet should assess the situation, from reality, to accelerate the optimization and upgrading of traditional agriculture industry structure Class, using their own advantages, the implementation of the characteristics of agricultural industrialization. It will not only promote the modernization of agricultural development in Tibet, more stimulating local economic development in agriculture, promoting social harmony and stability. This article focuses on the recent 10 years in Tibet agricultural development trend as the research object, using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, static and dynamic analysis the combination of literature research and analysis method to analyze the Tibet regional agricultural industrial structure and agricultural industrialization management related problems, comparative analysis has been made of the major achievements of the Tibet agricultural industrialization development, the construction and improvement of a number of agricultural and livestock production base, foster and support a number of characteristics of industry leading enterprises; at the same time the problems existing in the development of products, that the characteristics of the low level of industrialization of small scale aircraft driving ability is not strong and so on; and put forward the corresponding To establish leading industries and develop economies of scale and other specific proposals.
