【摘要】：自從城市誕生的那一刻起,產業結構就在城市的發展過程中起著非常重要的作用。產業結構的高級化為城鎮化的順利推動和深化提供了巨大推力,而城鎮化的快速推進也將反過來帶動產業結構的發展。筆者一直以來持續關注著產業結構的變遷,希望通過論文分析出產業結構在我國城鎮化過程中起的作用,為未來中國城鎮化的進一步發展提供建議。整個文章的內容安排如下：第一章是關于城鎮化的背景介紹。第二章介紹了城鎮化歷史進程,發達國家產業結構現狀和世界產業結構趨勢。第三章分析我國的城鎮化進程,剖析了兩個典型的發展模式。第四章根據前文的探討,為我國未來城鎮化的發展提供政策建議。我國的城鎮化發展成就有目共睹,但依然有巨大的進步空間,依然有巨大的為人民謀福利的空間,在三次產業的分配中,我國第三產業在國民經濟中所占的分量與城鎮化水平已經很高的發達國家相比相差很遠,這正為我們迎頭趕上時代浪潮提供良好的著力點。因此在接下來的政策選擇當中,我們要加大對第三產業的關注與支持力度。農業作為一個國家的基礎產業,在我國,通過農業現代化,建設大型農場等政策,農業依然有進步空間。對于我國的工業來說,由于我國一直以來是屬于沿海工業發展遠超內地的分布狀況,在這種情況下,促進工業分布的區域轉移也會對經濟的發展和城鎮化的進一步提高產生明顯地拉動作用,所以應合理考慮,協調發展。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of the city, the industrial structure has played a very important role in the development of the city. The rapid development of urbanization will in turn lead to the development of industrial structure. The author has been continuously concerned about the changes of industrial structure, hoping to analyze the role of industrial structure in the process of urbanization. The content of the whole article is arranged as follows: the first chapter is the background of urbanization. The second chapter introduces the historical process of urbanization. The third chapter analyzes the process of urbanization in China, and analyzes two typical development models. Chapter 4th is based on the previous discussion. For the future development of urbanization in China to provide policy advice. China's urbanization development achievements are obvious to all, but there is still a huge room for progress, there is still a huge space for the well-being of the people. In the distribution of the three industries, the proportion of the tertiary industry in the national economy is far from that of the developed countries, which have a high level of urbanization. This is to catch up with the tide of the times for us to provide a good focus. Therefore, in the next policy choices, we should increase the attention and support to the tertiary industry. Agriculture as a basic industry of a country. In our country, through the policies of agricultural modernization and large-scale farm construction, there is still room for improvement in agriculture. For our industry, because our country has been a coastal industrial development far beyond the inland distribution. In this case, promoting the regional transfer of industrial distribution will also have an obvious pulling effect on the development of economy and the further improvement of urbanization, so we should consider reasonably and develop harmoniously.
