【摘要】：農業產業化發展是未來農業發展的趨勢和方向,鄂爾多斯地區用于農業產業化金融配置較低,完善鄂爾多斯地區農業產業化的金融資源配置體系建設主要在于提升在鄂爾多斯地區的金融資源配置,為推動農業產業化發展提供保障,提高鄂爾多斯地區農業經濟發展。本文研究鄂爾多斯農業產業化發展過程中金融資源配置存在的一些問題,需要進一步加強優化金融資源的配置,從而達到促進農業產業化的發展。為了更好的分析出鄂爾多斯地區的農業產業化過程中面臨的金融資源配置問題,全文研究出農業產業化發展理論基礎、金融資源配置等理論問題,借鑒學習國內外的金融資源配置促進農業產業化發展的重要經驗,分析鄂爾多斯地區在農業產業化發展中面臨的金融資源配置問題現狀,最終提出優化鄂爾多斯地區農業產業化金融資源配置的體系。論文通過四個部分進行描述:第一部分主要通過對文獻的梳理、理論的學習以及相關概念的界定,總體上為把握文章的分析埋下伏筆;第二部分則是通過從國內外的農業產業化金融資源配置的經驗借鑒來分析,力爭為鄂爾多斯地區在推進農業產業化過程中提供更有效的金融資源配置;第三部分結合現狀發展的角度闡析鄂爾多斯地區農業產業化金融資源;分析推進鄂爾多斯地區農業產業化金融資源優化配置的重要性和可行性;提出從鄂爾多斯農業產業化金融資源配置的弱化表現及原因進行分析;第四部主要為優化鄂爾多斯地區農業產業化金融資源配置體系提供對策,書寫結論。
[Abstract]:The development of agricultural industrialization is the trend and direction of agricultural development in the future. To perfect the financial resources allocation system of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region is mainly to promote the allocation of financial resources in Ordos region and to provide guarantee for promoting the development of agricultural industrialization. In order to improve the development of agricultural economy in Ordos region, this paper studies some problems in the allocation of financial resources in the course of the development of agricultural industrialization in Ordos, and needs to further strengthen and optimize the allocation of financial resources. So as to promote the development of agricultural industrialization. In order to better analyze the problem of financial resources allocation in the process of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region, this paper studies the theoretical basis of agricultural industrialization development. Based on the theoretical problems of financial resources allocation and learning from the important experience of promoting the development of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of financial resources allocation in Ordos region. Finally, the paper puts forward the system of optimizing the allocation of financial resources of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region. The thesis describes it in four parts: the first part is mainly through the combing of literature, the study of theory and the definition of related concepts. The second part is to analyze the financial resources allocation of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad. In order to provide more effective allocation of financial resources in the process of promoting agricultural industrialization in Ordos region, the third part analyzes the financial resources of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region from the angle of current development. This paper analyzes the importance and feasibility of promoting the optimal allocation of financial resources of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region, and puts forward the analysis of the weakening performance and reasons of the financial resources allocation of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region. The 4th departments provide the countermeasures for optimizing the financial resources allocation system of agricultural industrialization in Ordos region, and write the conclusion.
