【摘要】：邊境貿易是一國或地區經濟發展程度、商品結構水平、國際競爭力水平等重要因素的綜合反映指標。同時邊境貿易作為邊境區域經濟的重要往來方式,對帶動當地的產業繁榮、經濟交流起著極其積極的作用。而農產品貿易作為我國重要的貿易構成部分,與邊境貿易存在著緊密的關聯性。本文基于實證研究,從邊境效應的視角出發,辯證地分析邊境貿易對農產品貿易條件產生的影響。一方面,帶有保護性質的支持政策會推動農產品的貿易往來,優惠政策的存在將改變貿易雙方的交易格局,以此劃分優次等級。基礎設施建設的完備程度同樣對農產品貿易產生影響,完備程度較高的交易方在貿易中更加具備優勢。另一方面,邊界爭議、沖突則成為農產品貿易往來的壁壘。邊境政策的短期化致使農產品貿易交往變動無常,交易成本忽高忽低,難以保障農產品貿易往來。
[Abstract]:Border trade is a comprehensive indicator of the degree of economic development of a country or region, the level of commodity structure, the level of international competitiveness and other important factors. At the same time, as an important way of economic exchanges in border regions, border trade can promote the prosperity of local industries. Economic exchange plays an extremely positive role. As an important component of trade in China, agricultural trade has a close relationship with border trade. Based on empirical research, this paper starts from the perspective of border effect. Dialectical analysis of the impact of border trade on the terms of trade of agricultural products. On the one hand, supportive policies with a protective nature will promote trade exchanges of agricultural products, and the existence of preferential policies will change the trading pattern of both sides of the trade. The degree of completeness of infrastructure construction also has an impact on agricultural trade, and traders with a higher degree of completeness have more advantages in trade. On the other hand, border disputes, Conflicts have become barriers to agricultural trade, and the short-term border policy has led to the volatility of agricultural trade exchanges, the high and low transaction costs, and the difficulty of safeguarding agricultural trade exchanges.
