【摘要】：如何科學評估創意休閑農業發展水平對全面了解創意休閑農業發展狀況、尋找并解決發展中存在的問題具有重要的經濟意義。以湖南省為例,構建由資源環境、產業發展、創意經營和功能效應等4個子系統組成的創意休閑農業發展水平的綜合評估指標體系,基于改進的層次分析法,結合問卷調查和實地訪談等方法確定指標權重,運用模糊評價理論,分析湖南省創意休閑農業發展水平。結果表明,湖南省創意休閑農業發展水平總體得分為5.986分,處于初步發展階段。但不同區域的創意休閑農業的發展水平不均衡,綜合得分最高的為長沙市,達8.411分,處于成熟階段;衡陽市、常德市、張家界市、株洲市、岳陽市和邵陽市的創意休閑農業發展處于快速發展階段;郴州市、湘潭市、益陽市、永州市、懷化市、婁底市和湘西土家族苗族自治州的創意休閑農業發展水平處于起步階段,其中湘西土家族苗族自治州綜合得分最低,僅4.712分。從資源環境、產業發展、創意經營和功能效應的得分來看,湘西地區均明顯的低于湘東地區。因此,需要科學地制定均衡發展戰略、增加創新投入、發展區域特色和堅持環境保護等引導全省創意休閑農業可持續發展。
[Abstract]:How to scientifically evaluate the development level of creative leisure agriculture is of great economic significance in understanding the development situation of creative leisure agriculture in an all-round way and finding and solving the problems existing in the development. Taking Hunan Province as an example, the development of resources, environment and industry is constructed. The comprehensive evaluation index system of the development level of creative leisure agriculture, which consists of four subsystems, creative management and function effect, is based on the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), combined with questionnaire survey and field interviews to determine the index weight. The development level of creative leisure agriculture in Hunan Province is analyzed by using fuzzy evaluation theory. The result shows that the overall score of creative leisure agriculture in Hunan Province is 5.986 points. However, the development level of creative and leisure agriculture in different regions is not balanced, the highest comprehensive score is Changsha, with 8.411 points, in mature stage; Hengyang City, Changde City, Zhangjiajie City, Zhuzhou City, Hengyang City, Changde City, Zhangjiajie City, Zhuzhou City, The development of creative leisure agriculture in Yueyang City and Shaoyang City is in the rapid development stage; the development level of creative leisure agriculture in Chenzhou City, Xiangtan City, Yiyang City, Yongzhou City, Huaihua City, Loudi City and Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is in its infancy. Among them, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture has the lowest comprehensive score, which is only 4.712. In terms of the scores of resources and environment, industrial development, creative management and function effect, Xiangxi is obviously lower than the eastern Hunan. It is necessary to scientifically formulate balanced development strategy, increase innovation input, develop regional characteristics and insist on environmental protection to guide the sustainable development of creative leisure agriculture in the whole province.
