基于社會網絡分析的石油企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網絡研究——以BE石油企業(yè)為例

【摘要】:運用社會網絡分析方法構建BE協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網絡,用UCINET進行定量化研究,對BE在不同時間段協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網絡建設演化圖論的網絡密度、距離、中心性和結構洞進行分析,通過這些結構指標來對BE的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網絡建設狀況進行研究。石油企業(yè)根據(jù)自身發(fā)展狀況形成具有不同特點的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網絡,隨著協(xié)同創(chuàng)新時間延長,網絡密度、網絡距離、網絡中心性、網絡凝聚力會向更加有利于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的方向變化。
[Abstract]:The BE cooperative innovation network is constructed with the social network analysis method, and the quantitative research is carried out with UCINET. The network density, distance, centrality and structure hole of BE in the collaborative innovation network construction of different time periods are analyzed, and the construction status of the collaborative innovation network of BE is studied through these structural indexes. According to its own development status, a collaborative innovation network with different characteristics is formed. With the extension of collaborative innovation time, network density, network distance, network centrality and network cohesion will be more conducive to the direction of synergy innovation.
