龜石水庫夏季富營養化狀況與藍藻水華暴發特征

【摘要】:龜石水庫是賀州市主要的飲用水源,2014年夏季第一次暴發大規模的藍藻水華.本研究通過分析水體的富營養化時空變化規律、外源污染來源以及浮游藻類群落結構動態變化特征,進而評價水體的富營養化狀況,并提出合理的防控措施.結果表明,水庫的氮磷濃度逐年升高,TN含量已遠超過地表水Ⅱ類標準,部分樣點的TP含量也超過Ⅱ類標準,且主要來源為規模化養殖和農業面源污染.水華期間浮游藻類細胞密度變化范圍為8.60×10~6~5.36×10~8cells·L~(-1),水華優勢種為惠氏微囊藻,密度最高達到5.36×10~8cells·L~(-1)以上,葉綠素a濃度最高為74.48μg·L~(-1),惠氏微囊藻細胞密度隨時間推移呈現逐漸降低的趨勢,并且垂直方向集中分布在表層及水下2 m處.水華期間浮游藻類總細胞密度與TN、TP、NO_3~--N和高錳酸鹽指數呈現顯著正相關,與透明度呈顯著負相關.微囊藻毒素監測結果表明龜石水庫水質未受到微囊藻毒素的污染.綜合分析,對于中營養水平的龜石水庫而言,藍藻水華的防控既要關注氣候和氣象條件,更要盡量削減氮、磷營養鹽入庫量,維持較低營養鹽水平是防范藍藻水華的關鍵.
[Abstract]:Guishi Reservoir is the main drinking water source in Hezhou City. Shui Hua, a large scale cyanobacteria, broke out for the first time in summer 2014.By analyzing the temporal and spatial changes of eutrophication, the source of exogenous pollution and the dynamic characteristics of phytoplankton community structure, the eutrophication status of water body was evaluated, and the reasonable control measures were put forward.The results showed that the nitrogen and phosphorus concentration of the reservoir increased year by year, the TN content of the reservoir was far higher than that of the surface water class 鈪,
