【摘要】：調查發現,大部分中職生的創業愿望比較強烈,而農村籍學生的創業愿望更強烈,他們希望通過自我提升,為創業奠定基礎,但創業的意愿還局限在想法和愿望階段,沒有進行詳細的規劃,更沒有進入到付諸實踐的準備階段。中職生對學校的認可度和依賴性較高,愿意參加創業社團活動,并主要基于所學專業考慮創業目標。分析發現,中職生存在創業意愿高與對創業了解不足的矛盾,更多地將創業關注點集中在自己身上,集中在學校教育上,可以說,中職生對創業的了解程度還不深,還沒有把創業和社會、和他人聯系起來。基于這種現狀,要加強中職生綜合素質培養、完善創業課程體系、提高教師的創業能力和創業教育水平、提升學生的創業心理素質、不斷完善創業支持體系等幾方面工作。
[Abstract]:The survey found that most secondary vocational students have a stronger desire to start a business, while rural students have a stronger desire to start a business. They hope to establish a foundation for entrepreneurship through self-promotion, but the willingness to start a business is still confined to the stage of ideas and aspirations. There is no detailed planning, nor has it entered the preparatory stage of putting it into practice. The secondary vocational students have a high degree of recognition and dependence on the school, are willing to participate in entrepreneurial activities, and mainly based on their major to consider entrepreneurial goals. It is found that the contradiction between the high willingness to survive and the lack of understanding of entrepreneurship in secondary vocational schools focuses more on themselves and on school education. It can be said that the level of understanding of entrepreneurship among secondary vocational school students is not deep enough. There is no connection between entrepreneurship and society, with others. Based on this situation, it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive quality training of secondary vocational school students, perfect the entrepreneurship curriculum system, improve teachers' entrepreneurial ability and level of entrepreneurship education, enhance students' entrepreneurial psychological quality, and constantly improve the entrepreneurial support system.
