【摘要】：隨著信息時代的飛速發展,以互聯網為媒介的金融市場也發生了翻天覆地的變化,網絡模式削弱了投融資雙反方信息不對稱的情況,許多新興的投融資方式也應運而生。眾籌模式作為互聯網金融模式的一種,是依托于互聯網平臺發展的新型投融資方式。眾籌,顧名思義就是向大眾募集資金,完成創業者創業項目融資的方式。如何能夠吸引投資者的資金,是眾籌創業者以及網絡眾籌平臺要考慮的問題。因此,本文從投資者的視角出發,探索投資者在選擇創業眾籌項目進行投資時會受到哪些因素的影響,從宏觀、微觀兩方面出發提供相關建議優化眾籌的發展。本文在眾籌相關文獻研究的基礎之上,從投資者的角度出發,探究感知有用性、感知易用性、感知風險、感知信任、預期收益、促進條件等六個維度自變量因素與投資意愿中介變量因素對投資者選擇創業眾籌項目的影響。本文對問卷數據運用SPSS19.0軟件進行信度與效度檢驗以及回歸分析,對本文假設進行檢驗。本文的主要研究結果如下:(1)感知有用性、投資意愿對投資行為顯著正相關,感知風險對投資行為顯著負相關;感知易用性、感知信任、預期收益、促進條件與投資行為呈正相關關系,但不顯著。感知有用性、感知信任、預期收益對投資信任顯著正相關,感知風險對投資意愿顯著負相關;感知易用性對投資意愿呈正相關關系,但不顯著。(2)感知風險、感知有用性、投資意愿對投資行為有顯著的直接因果關系;感知信任、感知有用性、期望收益、感知風險對投資意愿有顯著的直接因果關系,感知信任、期望收益通過投資意愿對投資行為產生了間接的影響。感知有用性、感知風險對投資行為的影響,因投資意愿的中介作用的影響,有一定的削弱作用。論文提出建議:對項目發起人,應改善項目結構,強化項目信息公開;對網絡眾籌平臺,發展全面專業平臺;對投資者,加強相關法律法規學習。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the information age, the financial market with the Internet as the medium has also undergone earth-shaking changes, and the network model has weakened the asymmetric information between the investment and financing parties. Many new investment and financing methods have also emerged. As one of the Internet finance models, crowdfunding mode is a new type of investment and financing mode based on the development of Internet platform. Crowdfunding, as its name implies, is to raise funds from the public. How to attract investors' funds is a problem to be considered by crowdfunding entrepreneurs and online crowdfunding platforms. Therefore, this paper starts from the perspective of investors. This paper explores the factors that affect investors' choice of entrepreneurial crowdfunding projects and provides relevant suggestions from macro and micro aspects to optimize the development of crowdfunding. From the perspective of investors, explore perceived usefulness, perceived usability, perceived risk, perceived trust, expected benefits, The influence of six dimensional independent variables such as promotion conditions and intermediary variables of investment intention on investors' choice of entrepreneurial crowdfunding projects. This paper uses SPSS19.0 software to test the reliability, validity and regression analysis of the questionnaire data. The main results of this study are as follows: 1) perceived usefulness, significant positive correlation between investment intention and investment behavior, significant negative correlation between perceived risk and investment behavior, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, expected return. Positive correlation was found between promotion conditions and investment behavior, but not significant. Perceived usefulness, perceived trust and expected income were significantly positively correlated with investment trust, while perceived risk was negatively correlated with investment intention. Perceived usability is positively related to investment intention, but not significant. 2) perceived risk, perceived usefulness, and willingness to invest have a significant direct causal relationship with investment behavior, perceived trust, perceived usefulness, and expected return. Perceived risk has a significant direct causal relationship with investment intention, perceived trust, expected return has an indirect impact on investment behavior through investment intention. Because of the influence of the intermediary role of investment will, it has a certain weakening effect. The paper puts forward some suggestions: to the project sponsors, to improve the project structure, to strengthen the project information disclosure, to the network crowdfunding platform, to develop the overall professional platform, to the investor, Strengthen the study of relevant laws and regulations.
