【摘要】：為解決經過Mawdesley修正的Mathews圖表法的分區劃分限于回歸分析,過于簡化,在水力半徑過小及過大2個區域沒有給出明確的穩定性判斷等問題,通過建立BP神經網絡巖體穩定性預測模型,利用Mawdesley修正的圖表法歷史樣本數據進行訓練,在滿足精度要求的約束下對Mathews圖表中節點的穩定性狀態進行預測,繪制穩定性等值線圖,在此基礎上進行分區的優化調整,對于低穩定性系數小水力半徑和高穩定性系數大水力半徑的2個區域,給出了穩定性確切的分區定義,調整后的分區在中間區域和原圖基本重合,能很好的符合歷史數據樣本,證明了應用神經網絡對Mathews圖表法進行分區的合理性。在焦家金礦進行了工業試驗,利用調整后的分區及臨界跨度設計法進行結構參數優化,進路跨度提高到7.9 m,試驗結果采場穩定性良好。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the partition of Mathews chart method modified by Mawdesley is limited to regression analysis, it is too simplified, and there is no definite stability judgment in the two areas of too small hydraulic radius and too large hydraulic radius, etc. Through the establishment of BP neural network rock mass stability prediction model and the training of historical sample data of Mawdesley modified chart method, the stability state of nodes in Mathews chart can be predicted under the constraint of satisfying the precision requirement. On the basis of drawing the contour map of stability, the optimal adjustment of the zone is carried out. For the two regions with small hydraulic radius with low stability coefficient and large hydraulic radius with high stability coefficient, the precise zone definition of stability is given. The adjusted partition basically coincides with the original map in the middle area, which can fit the historical data sample very well, and proves the rationality of using neural network to partition the Mathews chart method. The industrial test was carried out in Jiaojia Gold Mine. The structural parameters are optimized by using the adjusted zoning and critical span design method. The approach span is increased to 7.9 m, and the stope stability is good.
