【摘要】：當前,我國正處于社會經濟的轉型時期。在老年人口數量及老齡化率飛速增長的大背景下,傳統養老觀念的影響以及現狀社會普遍的“四二一”家庭結構更是在這一巨大社會問題上的火上澆油,城市居民該“如何養老”的問題十分突顯。以中國目前的社會經濟國情,社區養老的方式勢必成為大多數老年人的必然選擇。而相應的社區養老服務設施則成了社區養老的重要保障�；诔鞘芯用裆芷凇⒓彝ド芷�、社區生命周期的城市建成社區的養老服務設施配置策略的研究,為社區養老的設施保障提供有益的探索。一方面,本文探討了杭州城市居民生命周期過程中的重要事件;另一方面基于對杭州4個街道41社區的調研樣本,并在時間和空間上深入挖掘,研究選取有典型意義的4個社區,探尋城市建成社區的生命周期特征及養老服務設施的規劃配置。在這一基礎上從社區居民的日常養老需求出發,通過社區現有的養老服務設施的資源整合、合理優化,實現多種設施的共同覆蓋,為老年人提供多元化的選擇方式,以此研究城市建成社區養老服務設施的配置策略�；诔鞘薪ǔ缮鐓^生命周期的社區養老服務設施的規劃配置,不僅實現了老年人的情感需求,同時也化解了城市建成社區內緊張的用地資源與養老服務設施的需求之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a period of social and economic transformation. Under the background of the rapid growth of the number of the elderly population and the aging rate, The influence of the traditional concept of old-age support and the "421" family structure, which is widespread in the present society, is adding fuel to the fire on this huge social problem. The problem of "how to provide for the aged" for urban residents is very prominent. The way of providing for the aged in the community is bound to become the inevitable choice for the majority of the elderly, and the corresponding facilities for providing for the aged in the community have become an important guarantee for the elderly in the community. Based on the life cycle of the urban residents, the life cycle of the family, The study on the allocation strategy of the old-age service facilities in the community life cycle provides a useful exploration for the protection of the facilities for the aged in the community. On the one hand, this paper discusses the important events in the life cycle of the urban residents in Hangzhou; On the other hand, based on the survey samples of 41 communities in four streets of Hangzhou, and digging in depth in time and space, the study selects four communities with typical significance. This paper explores the life cycle characteristics of the urban community and the planning and allocation of the old-age service facilities. On this basis, according to the daily pension needs of the community residents, through the integration of the resources of the existing community pension service facilities, it is reasonable to optimize, To achieve the common coverage of various facilities, provide the elderly with a variety of options, so as to study the allocation strategy of the urban community pension service facilities. Based on the planning and allocation of the community pension service facilities in the life cycle of the urban community, It not only realizes the emotional needs of the elderly, but also resolves the contradiction between the shortage of land resources and the demand of the old-age service facilities.
