【摘要】：毛澤東關于干部參加生產勞動思想是毛澤東關于干部隊伍建設思想的重要組成部分，在中共黨史和中華人民共和國史上具有舉足輕重的歷史地位和重大深遠的歷史意義。干部參加生產勞動是密切聯系群眾的重要舉措，是克服官僚主義的有效措施，是服務國家經濟建設的重要抓手，是中國共產黨在社會主義制度下和社會主義建設時期的一項極為重要的政策。在新的歷史條件下，加強毛澤東關于干部參加生產勞動思想研究，提倡干部參加生產勞動，，對于加強和改進黨的作風建設，密切黨群關系，努力構建社會主義和諧社會等都具有重要意義。 本文試從毛澤東關于干部參加生產勞動思想的提出依據、思想的主要內容以及現實啟示等三個方面，對毛澤東關于干部參加生產勞動思想進行研究。文章著重就毛澤東關于干部參加生產勞動思想的理論依據和現實需要；所有干部都要參加生產勞動；體力勞動和腦力勞動要并重；干部參加生產勞動要制度化；干部參加生產勞動有利于推進干部作風建設；有利于服務國家經濟建設以及干部參加生產勞動要以建章立制為根本保證等幾個問題開展探討。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought on cadres' participation in production and labor is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought on the construction of cadres' contingent, which plays an important role in the history of the Communist Party of China and the people's Republic of China. The participation of cadres in production and labor is an important measure to keep in close touch with the masses, an effective measure to overcome bureaucracy, and an important hand in serving the economic construction of the country. It is an extremely important policy of the Communist Party of China under the socialist system and the period of socialist construction. Under the new historical conditions, it is necessary to strengthen the research on cadres' participation in productive labor in Mao Zedong, and to promote cadres' participation in productive labor, so as to strengthen and improve the Party's style of work and close the relationship between the Party and the masses. Efforts to build a socialist harmonious society are of great significance. This paper tries to study the thought of cadre participation in production labor in Mao Zedong from the following three aspects: the basis, the main content of the thought and the practical enlightenment of the thought of cadres' participation in productive labor proposed by Mao Zedong. This paper focuses on the theoretical basis and practical needs of Mao Zedong's thought on cadres' participation in productive labor; all cadres should take part in productive labor; physical and mental work should be given equal emphasis; cadres' participation in productive labor should be institutionalized; The participation of cadres in productive labor is conducive to promoting the construction of cadres' style of work, to serving the national economic construction and to taking the establishment of rules and regulations as the fundamental guarantee for cadres' participation in productive labor.
