【摘要】：實現現代化，躋身于世界強國之列，是近代以來中國人民的美好愿望和堅持不懈的追求，也是以毛澤東、周恩來為代表的中國共產黨第一代領導人孜孜以求的奮斗目標。周恩來在領導人民爭取民族獨立、人民解放，實現國家富強、人民富裕的過程中進行了積極而艱辛地探索，形成獨具中國特色的現代化思想。這一思想不僅有力地指導了我國當時社會主義現代化建設，而且對當今中國特色社會主義現代化建設仍然具有重要的理論和現實意義。本文試圖通過全面考察周恩來的現代化思想，探討其理論價值及實踐意義，，對當今中國現代化建設有所啟示。 本文共分三部分：第一部分，闡述周恩來現代化思想形成與發展的四個階段，即：萌芽時期、形成時期、發展時期、成熟時期。客觀分析周恩來現代化思想產生的理論條件和社會環境。深入挖掘周恩來現代化思想的全面性、重點性、開放性的思想特點；第二部分，系統分析周恩來現代化思想的主要內容，主要包括現代化戰略目標的提出、如何調動知識分子的積極性、反保守反冒進，綜合平衡中穩步前進、獨立自主、自力更生與學習外國的主次關系以及農業、工業、國防、科學技術的全面現代化的思想；第三部分，分析周恩來現代化思想對當代中國特色社會主義現代化建設的理論和實踐價值。一方面周恩來現代化思想豐富與發展了毛澤東現代化思想，另一方面周恩來的現代化思想為鄧小平現代化思想的發展提供了豐富的理論素材。并將周恩來的現代化思想運用到當前中國現代化建設事業之中，以期待推動中國現代化事業不斷前進。
[Abstract]:To realize modernization and to become one of the world's great powers is the fine desire and unremitting pursuit of the Chinese people since modern times. It is also the striving goal of the first generation leaders of the Communist Party of China, represented by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. In the process of leading the people to strive for national independence, the people's liberation, the realization of national prosperity and strength, and the people's affluence, Zhou Enlai has made a positive and arduous exploration and formed a unique modern thought with Chinese characteristics. This thought not only guided the socialist modernization construction of our country at that time, but also has important theoretical and practical significance to the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. This paper attempts to probe into the theoretical value and practical significance of Zhou Enlai through a comprehensive investigation of its modernization thought, which will enlighten the modernization construction of China today. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part expounds the four stages of the formation and development of Zhou Enlai modernization thought, namely: budding period, forming period, developing period and mature period. Objective analysis of Zhou Enlai modernization thought of the theoretical conditions and social environment. The second part systematically analyzes the main contents of Zhou Enlai modernization thought, including the strategic goal of modernization. How to arouse the enthusiasm of intellectuals, counter conservative and anti-rash advance, advance steadily in comprehensive balance, be independent, rely on oneself and study the primary and secondary relationship of foreign countries, and the thought of comprehensive modernization of agriculture, industry, national defense, science and technology; The third part analyzes the theoretical and practical value of Zhou Enlai modernization thought to contemporary socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. On the one hand, the modernization thought of Zhou Enlai enriches and develops the modernization thought of Mao Zedong, on the other hand, the modernization thought of Zhou Enlai provides abundant theoretical material for the development of modernization thought of Deng Xiaoping. The modernization thought of Zhou Enlai is applied to the cause of China's modernization construction, in order to push forward the modernization cause of China continuously.
