本翻譯報告以法制新聞類文章《英漢法制新聞中人稱代詞的指稱與修辭》作為翻譯活動的源文本,描述了翻譯項目,記錄了源文本的翻譯過程、采用的翻譯理論、翻譯過程中遇到的具有一定翻譯難度的詞匯和句子,并展示了如何應用所采用的翻譯理論和標準來解決這些翻譯問題。由于當前知網載錄的漢英翻譯報告中以法制新聞類文章作為源文本的翻譯報告較少,所以通過記錄法制新聞類文章《英漢法制新聞中人稱代詞的指稱與修辭》的翻譯全過程,本翻譯報告旨在為未來的法制新聞類文章的翻譯實踐和研究提供一點借鑒。本翻譯報告的意義主要體現在四個方面。其一,本翻譯報告主張將源文本的翻譯任務看作一個翻譯項目,總結了翻譯項目流程,指出了源文本特點對選擇指導性翻譯理論的重要性,介紹了效果出色的翻譯工具、制作術語表的建議時機、解決翻譯問題的建議時機以及審校的具體步驟和操作方法。其二,明確了指導性翻譯理論需要根據源文本的特點作出選擇。通過分析本翻譯報告的源文本,我們發現其中的詞匯和句子都具有涉及多個學科領域的特點,但由于詞匯翻譯和句子翻譯的要求在本質上存在區別,因此本翻譯報告分別選擇蘇珊·薩爾維奇的法律翻譯理論中的對等程度概念來指導源文本中的詞匯翻譯實踐...
