低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉課堂教學探究

【摘要】:自2011年以來,重慶聚奎中學、山東昌樂一中、深圳南山實驗學校、廣州市天河區“天云項目”等都進行了翻轉課堂教學的實踐。2014年,新疆生產建設兵團部分中學也大膽地進行了翻轉課堂教學實踐。這些學校的實踐證明了翻轉課堂教學是一種有效的教學方式。然而,翻轉課堂在國內并未得到廣泛實施,究其原因主要是翻轉課堂教學實施成本較高。為了促進翻轉課堂教學的推廣,本文對低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉課堂教學進行探究。論文正文分為四個部分:第一部分,低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉課堂的理論依據和實踐要求。低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉課堂教學具有一定的理論依據,即加涅學習條件理論、教育成本理論和新課改理念。同時它也是經濟發展不平衡、實現教育公平、增強教育成本意識等現實的需求。第二部分,國內外翻轉課堂教學實踐典型案例的分析與思考。本文通過對美國林地公園高中翻轉課堂、重慶聚奎中學基于“校園云”平臺的翻轉課堂等典型案例的分析,總結出這些翻轉課堂教學實踐存在教學平臺、教學資源以及教師素養三方面的問題。第三部分,低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉課堂教學環節的整體設計。教師持有相應的教學理念是進行教學環節設計的基礎。在進行其教學環節設計時,思想政治課教師應堅持以人為本的學生觀、正視思想政治課學科教學特殊性、增強教育成本意識。第四部分,低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉課堂教學的實施要素。本文分別從人力、資本、技術和學習資源四個方面進行闡述。運用現代遠程教育培訓來提高思想政治課教師的素養;通過適度依托希望工程項目和建立農村教育基金會兩種方式縮減資金成本;通過建立校園網絡,搭建學習平臺為低成本條件下翻轉課堂創建必備的技術條件;通過充分利用大數據產業共享資源庫,合理利用免費的教學資源等方式給學生的學習提供保障。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, Chongqing Jukui Middle School, Changle No. 1 Middle School in Shandong Province, Nanshan Experimental School in Shenzhen and Tianyun Project in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City have all carried out the practice of overturning classroom teaching. Xinjiang production and Construction Corps of some middle schools have boldly carried out flipping classroom teaching practice. The practice of these schools has proved that flipping classroom teaching is an effective teaching method. However, flipping classroom has not been widely implemented in China, which is mainly due to the high cost of flipping classroom teaching. In order to promote the promotion of flipping classroom teaching, this paper probes into the flipping classroom teaching of high school ideology and politics under the condition of low cost. The text is divided into four parts: the first part, the theoretical basis and practical requirements of the high school ideological and political class flipping class under the low-cost condition. Under the condition of low cost, the flipping classroom teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school has certain theoretical basis, that is, the theory of learning condition, the theory of educational cost and the idea of new curriculum reform. At the same time, it is also the realistic demand of unbalanced economic development, realizing education fairness and strengthening education cost consciousness. The second part, the domestic and foreign flipped classroom teaching practice typical case analysis and the ponder. Based on the analysis of typical cases, such as flipping classroom in American woodland park high school and Chongqing Jukui Middle School based on the "campus cloud" platform, this paper concludes that there is a teaching platform for these flipping classroom teaching practices. The problems of teaching resources and teachers' accomplishment. The third part, under the condition of low-cost, the whole design of flipping classroom teaching link of high school ideological and political lesson. The teacher holds the corresponding teaching idea is the foundation which carries on the teaching link design. When designing the teaching links, the ideological and political teachers should adhere to the people-oriented view of students, face up to the particularity of the subject teaching of ideological and political course, and strengthen the consciousness of educational cost. The fourth part, under the low-cost condition, the high school ideological and political lesson flips the classroom teaching implementation essential factor. This article separately from the manpower, the capital, the technology and the study resources four aspects carries on the elaboration. Using modern distance education and training to improve the quality of ideological and political teachers; reducing the cost of funds by moderately relying on Project Hope projects and setting up a rural education foundation; and by establishing a campus network, Build a learning platform to create the necessary technical conditions for the flipping classroom under the low cost conditions; by making full use of big data industry sharing resources library, reasonable use of free teaching resources to provide a guarantee for students to learn.
