【摘要】：正在全民注重健康,我國加快擴大社會保障范圍的大背景下,一個特殊的群體——大學生群體被納入到居民醫保范圍。隨著高校招生的數量不斷增加,該群體醫療保障問題受到了社會各界越來越多的關注。一、研究問題與方法在我國不斷完善醫療體制改革的時代背景之下,大學生的醫保體系逐步從20世紀50年代實施的公費醫療,轉向2009年將大學生納入城鎮居民基本醫療保險體系,大學生的醫療保障
