【摘要】：伴隨著經濟全球化的的不斷推進,地球越來越趨近于一個村落。特別是,互聯網的迅猛發展,移動互聯網的迅速擴張,在很大程度上加速了全球化的進程。各個國家與地區之間的貿易往來變得更為頻繁,直接投資成為了更為普遍的企業行為。在國內、國外種種不利因素的影響下,國家主席習近平審視全球經濟的發展趨勢,適時的提出“一帶一路”的戰略構想。“一帶一路”戰略用通俗的話來講就是,讓位于“陸上絲綢之路”與“海上絲綢之路”的沿線國家,積極的投入到全球的經濟發展熱潮中來,充分發揮各國的技術、資源、人口等優勢,從而使得世界經濟找到發展的新引擎。而東盟國家,與中國在經濟上合作由來已久。并且,東盟國家又處在“海上絲綢之路”的關鍵位置,完全符合我國的新戰略要求。因此,在國家發展戰略的指引下,將會有越來越多的中國企業走出國門。而東盟國家,是這些企業直接投資的必選之地。如何將自身優勢與東道國的優勢充分的結合起來,是擺在它們面前的一道難題。本文將致力于,分析各國的實際情況,為中國企業對東盟直接投資的區位選擇上提供合理的建議,優化投資結構,從而創造更大的經濟效益,利于國內的經濟發展。本文的研究結構如下所述:第一章,詳細介紹了本文的選題背景與研究意義,將選題的出發點以最簡練的形式呈現出來,并且概括本文的研究方法及創新之處;第二章,充分梳理了國內外的研究文獻,尋找國內外的最前沿的研究結果。發掘出,影響中國對東盟國家直接投資區位選擇的影響因素;第三章,回顧中國對東盟直接投資的歷史,分析中國對東盟直接投資的現狀,以及這些現狀中存在的問題。這樣才可以,更深入的了解中國對東盟國家這投資的狀態,為下一步發掘影響因素做鋪墊。第四章,主要以定性歸納法的方式去對中國企業在東盟直接投資的動因進行總結,以及中國企業對東盟直接投資對于國內產生的經濟效應進行分析;第五章,采用計量分析工具進行面板數據分析,對中國在東盟投資的10個國家的流量受什么樣的因素影響,這個實證分析也可以用于解釋前一章所提出的動機是否顯著還是有其他影響因素等。主要懫用2004-2014年中國對東盟10國的影響因素數據,最后對回歸結果總結;第六章,主要給出目前中國企業對東盟直接投資的總體結論,并提出根據東盟各國實際情況的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the earth is getting closer to a village. Especially, the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid expansion of the mobile Internet. Globalization has been accelerated to a large extent. Trade between countries and regions has become more frequent, and direct investment has become a more common business activity. At home. Under the influence of various unfavorable factors from abroad, President Xi Jinping examined the development trend of the global economy and put forward the strategic conception of "Belt and Road" in good time. "Belt and Road" strategy is in common words. Give way to the "land Silk Road" and "Sea Silk Road" along the country, actively put into the global economic development boom, the full play of the technology, resources, population and other advantages. As a result, the world economy has found a new engine of development. ASEAN countries have been cooperating economically with China for a long time. Moreover, ASEAN countries are in the key position of the "Maritime Silk Road". Therefore, under the guidance of national development strategy, more and more Chinese enterprises will go abroad. It is the necessary place for these enterprises to invest directly. How to combine their advantages with the advantages of the host country is a difficult problem in front of them. This paper will focus on analyzing the actual situation of each country. It provides reasonable suggestions for Chinese enterprises to choose the location of ASEAN direct investment, optimizes the investment structure, and thus creates more economic benefits. The research structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic in detail and presents the starting point of the topic in the most concise form. And summarizes the research methods and innovations of this paper; The second chapter fully combs the domestic and foreign research literature, looks for the most advanced research results at home and abroad, finds out the influence factors of China to the ASEAN countries direct investment location choice; The third chapter reviews the history of China's direct investment in ASEAN, analyzes the current situation of China's direct investment in ASEAN, and the existing problems in these situations. More in-depth understanding of the status of China's investment in ASEAN countries, for the next step to explore the impact of factors. 4th chapter, mainly qualitative induction to sum up the motivation of Chinese enterprises direct investment in ASEAN. And the economic effect of Chinese enterprises' direct investment to ASEAN; Chapter 5th, using econometric analysis tools for panel data analysis, on the 10 countries that China invests in ASEAN by what kind of factors. This empirical analysis can also be used to explain whether the motivation mentioned in the previous chapter is significant or there are other influential factors. Finally, the regression results are summarized. Chapter 6th mainly gives the general conclusion of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in ASEAN at present and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation of ASEAN countries.
