高鐵橋梁混凝土室溫固化聚氨酯封閉底漆研究

【摘要】:混凝土是在高鐵橋梁中應用最廣泛最多的一種材料,而普通涂料與混凝土基材潤濕、滲透、鍵合不足,界面粘結不牢,是工程應用中普遍存在的問題。本文根據混凝土特性,研制了一種性能優異的高鐵橋梁混凝土室溫固化雙組分聚氨酯封閉底漆,該混凝土底漆具有良好的滲透封固性、快干、重涂時間短、層間附著力好,與混凝土基材和聚脲涂層都有優良的附著力。針對混凝土封閉底漆的特殊要求,確定所需的多羥基聚酯樹脂的分子量為4000~8000,羥基官能度≥3,并且必須帶有油脂基團的分子結構,選擇丙三醇作為多羥基單體,鄰苯二甲酸酐、順丁烯二酸酐、豆油酸作為羧基單體,雙官能度的一縮二乙二醇和單官能度的苯甲酸作為分子量調節單體,合成混凝土封閉底漆所需的多羥基樹脂。實驗表明,本文多羥基聚酯樹脂的最佳合成方法為溶液聚合法,最佳的合成催化劑為A催化劑,最優的原料配比為多元醇與多元酸的摩爾比為1.25:1,苯酐、順酐、豆油酸之間的摩爾比為1:1:1,且本合成工藝穩定性與重復性都相對良好。針對混凝土封閉底漆的特殊要求,選擇MDI作為多異氰酸酯單體,以三種聚醚EP330N、GE220、GE210作為擴鏈單體,得到不同的聚氨酯預聚體。實驗表明,以EP330N羥基聚醚合成的聚氨酯預聚體粘度最大;以GE220羥基聚醚合成的預聚體[NCO]值最大,粘度適中;以GE210羥基聚醚合成的預聚體粘度最小,[NCO]值也最小。證明本文研究的混凝土底漆是混凝土理想的保護涂料,符合設計的需要。本文研究了異氰酸酯預聚體的種類以及固化參數,通過考察涂層的拉伸力學、抗沖擊性、柔韌性、附著力以及封閉性能,發現在相同固化參數與羥基組分下,不同異氰酸酯預聚體涂層的拉伸力學性能、抗沖擊力以及柔韌性能主要由其交聯情況以及引入的硬段含量情況共同決定的;相同異氰酸酯預聚體的情況下,隨著固化參數的增大,涂層的抗沖擊力略有變大,柔韌性略有減小;附著力與封閉性能測試結果表明,設計的雙組分聚氨酯涂料附著力與封閉性能都很好,得到了混凝土封閉底漆的最佳配方,一系列試驗結果證明本文研究的混凝土底漆是混凝土理想的封閉底漆,符合設計的需要。
