【摘要】：獨立學院從上世紀的九十年代開始,啟用了社會資本與公辦高校的雙重優勢,既引進了母體高校的教育資源,使其從辦學伊始具有較高起點,又引入了社會資本,擴大了高等教育辦學規模。獨立學院的教師是學校進行教學和科研工作的主體,對就業率的提升以及學生的教育情況得到改善有重要影響。21世紀以來,為了落實國家提出的科教興國發展戰略,高校為學校的發展將打造更好的師資隊伍。針對錦江學院師資隊伍的發展和現狀情況進行分析研究,指出錦江學院師資隊伍存在教師數量不足,且專職教師比例偏低,教師隊伍結構不合理,教師隊伍流動性過大,“卓越師資”嚴重缺乏,教師接受繼續教育困難等問題,就卓越師資建設項目的必要性進行分析,提出實施卓越師資工程項目,總結在實施卓越師資項目應注意的問題;從項目管理的角度出發,對卓越師資建設項目在概念階段、規劃階段、實施階段、項目結尾階段進行設計,制定一套系統的項目管理體系;提出了筑巢引鳳重點培養,以及物質和精神激勵相統一的激勵方式,為高校的教師的發展提供良好的外部環境,通過從外面引進和內部培養相結合的方式,為高校發展培養足夠的人才,同時對于教師進行考核,建立更加科學的培養目標,有效的進行卓越師資工程,該文對相似學院卓越師資建設工程具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Since 90s in 0th century, the independent college has adopted the dual advantages of social capital and public colleges, which not only introduced the educational resources of parent colleges and universities, but also introduced social capital from the beginning of the school. The teachers of independent colleges are the main bodies of teaching and scientific research in schools, which have an important impact on the increase of employment rate and the improvement of students' education since the 21st century. In order to implement the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, colleges and universities will build a better contingent of teachers for the development of the school. It is pointed out that there are some problems in the teaching staff of Jinjiang College, such as the shortage of teachers, the low proportion of full-time teachers, the unreasonable structure of teachers, the excessive mobility of teachers, the serious shortage of "outstanding teachers", and the difficulties of teachers in receiving continuing education. This paper analyzes on the necessity of the construction of excellent teachers, puts forward the implementation of the project of excellent teachers, summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the project of excellent teachers, and from the point of view of project management, puts forward that the project of construction of excellent teachers is in the conceptual stage. The planning stage, the implementation stage and the end stage of the project are designed to establish a systematic project management system. To provide a good external environment for the development of teachers in colleges and universities, through the combination of introduction from outside and internal training, to train enough talents for the development of colleges and universities, at the same time, to assess the teachers and establish a more scientific training goal. This paper has some guiding significance for the construction of excellent teachers in similar colleges.
