【摘要】：本文的研究是在國內外資本運營理論的指導下,結合A集團公司的實際情況,分析A集團公司的內部優勢與劣勢,結合A集團公司面臨的外部機會與威脅,提出A集團公司的資本運營對策,探討未來的資本運營發展道路。A集團公司是位于河北省B市的-家民營企業,從建立初始的一家建設公司通過不斷的內部積累、追加投資、兼并收購、建立子公司、擴大產業范圍等方式,實現了生產要素的優化配合和產業結構的動態重組,形成了今天以金融投資、建筑施工、房地產開發、建材制造、旅游文化、商務酒店、房地產經紀為一體,具有資源共享、優勢互補、產業鏈較為完整的綜合性企業集團。本文結合A集團公司的產業鏈分布,通過房地產開發和旅游開發兩大板塊來進行分析。通過對房地產和旅游兩大產業鏈資本運營方面的分析研究,希望對房地產行業和旅游行業的企業提供更好的資本運營思路。資本運營是企業快速擴張和實現利潤最大化和資本增值的運作行為,資本運營的關鍵是對資本運營模式的戰略性選擇,使資本得到迅速擴張、有效積聚和最優配置。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the theory of capital operation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of group A company, combined with the external opportunities and threats faced by group A company, combined with the actual situation of group A company. Put forward the capital operation countermeasure of A group company, discuss the future capital operation development road. A group company is a private enterprise located in B city of Hebei province, from the initial construction company, through the continuous internal accumulation, the additional investment. Mergers and acquisitions, the establishment of subsidiaries, the expansion of industrial scope, and so on, have realized the optimization and coordination of production factors and the dynamic reorganization of industrial structure, forming today's culture of financial investment, construction, real estate development, building materials manufacturing, and tourism. The Business Inn, real estate broker as one, with resources sharing, complementary advantages, a more complete industrial chain of comprehensive enterprise groups. Based on the industrial chain distribution of A Group Company, this paper analyzes the real estate development and tourism development. Through the analysis and research on the capital operation of the real estate and tourism industry chain, the author hopes to provide a better idea for the capital operation of the real estate industry and the tourism industry enterprises. Capital operation is the operation behavior of enterprise to expand rapidly and realize profit maximization and capital appreciation. The key of capital operation is the strategic choice of capital operation mode, so that capital can expand rapidly, accumulate effectively and allocate optimally.
