【摘要】：中國燃氣行業正處于高速發展的時期,本文針對燃氣行業從業人員的技能需求變化,探討了燃氣行業職業化對相關從業人員的積極影響;通過分析英國國家燃氣職業教育認證系統,多角度闡述英國國家燃氣職業教育認證系統的發展歷史和背景、級別劃分與每個層級中的知識、技能要求,探討英國燃氣工程師職業教育對我國完善燃氣工程師教育體系的借鑒作用;并調研、分析英國燃氣工程師職業教育系統在國內燃氣企業引進和應用的實踐情況。
[Abstract]:The gas industry in China is in a period of rapid development. This paper discusses the positive influence of the professionalization of the gas industry on the relevant employees in view of the change of the skill demand of the employees in the gas industry. Through the analysis of the National Gas Vocational Education Certification system, this paper expounds the history and background of the National Gas Vocational Education Certification system, the classification of the level and the knowledge and skill requirements of each level. This paper discusses the role of British gas engineer vocational education in perfecting the gas engineer education system in China. The introduction and application of the British Gas engineer Vocational Education system in domestic gas enterprises are analyzed.
